Former McKinsey colleagues founded Amplify partners (former AS/P) in 2017. Our team members are from top-tier management consulting firms and have a proven track record in strategy, skill building, and implementation.
Valérie Scheer
Valérie is the founder of Amplify Talent and a former McKinsey Consultant with a focus on organizational Transformation and Talent Development as well as Head of McKinsey’s Professional Development & Training Team in the Middle East.
She has over fifteen years of experience supporting her clients in building capabilities, allowing public and private sector clients across the Middle East and Europe to perform at their best. Valérie is part of several facilitator networks, including for top-tier consulting companies, Fortune 500 companies and Harvard Business Publishing’s Corporate Learning Clients.
