The Project
Our client, one of the leading foundations in Saudi Arabia, had grown significantly over the past years and had not established a common “way of working,“ i.e., skill sets and approaches that are common across all team members, including, for example, how to manage projects, how to run meetings, and how to collaborate.
We developed standard templates (ahead of delivery) and rolled them out using a guided learning journey and office hours to review application.
